Project Details
While working in the creative services dept at H&R Block, I was tasked with coming up with various marketing pieces each season - flyers, postcards, yard signs, windmasters, business card stickers, etc - which would be used in the field by our offices during the tax season.
These pieces would need to have mass appeal, employ a strong sense of the H&R Block brand, and be customizable. To use and customize these various templates, field office managers would simply go into our field marketing database system, pick a template of their choice, plug in the needed information, and if need should arise, request further design help from our design team if they wanted more complex design customization.
Field Marketing Flyer Templates
Various letter-sized flyer templates for retail stores to utilize and customize with their own shop locations (headline and content written in-house).
Field Marketing Postcard Templates
Standard and oversized postcard templates were made for all purposes - grand opening of a store, missed appointments, appointment reminder, campaign specific, or simply telling a customer there’s a new HRB on their block. These were all customizable in our FAMS systems and were heavily utilized - and happily, very effective.
